By submitting this form, you give Cherry Hoggs permission to use the video you provide for our content and marketing.

I grant Cherry Hoggs, its affiliates, licensees, contractors and representatives a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and display my submitted video, and to incorporate it into reaction videos and other content.

This permission includes the right to use the video:

• On Cherry Hoggs social media accounts and other digital channels

• On websites and other online platforms

• In advertising and promotional content

• In free content; and

• In paid or subscription-based content, including content available behind a paywall.

I understand that my video may be edited, cropped, shortened, combined with other material, or accompanied by commentary, reactions, captions, graphics, music or voiceover.

I understand that the resulting reaction video may be used more than once and across multiple platforms.

I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties or a share of subscription or advertising revenue for the use of my video unless Cherry Hoggs separately agrees otherwise with me in writing.

If I appear or can be identified in the video, I also give Cherry Hoggs permission to use my name, image, likeness and/or voice as part of the permitted use described above.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and that I have the necessary rights and permissions to submit this video and grant the permissions described above.

I also confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, the video does not contain material belonging to another person that I do not have permission to provide to Cherry Hoggs.

I understand that Cherry Hoggs is not required to use my video and may choose whether, when and where it is used.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I release Cherry Hoggs and its affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, licensees and successors from claims arising from the authorized use of my video and the permissions granted above, except for claims that cannot legally be waived or released.


- I am 18 years old or older.

- I own this video or have the necessary permission from owner to provide it.

- I have obtained permission from any identifiable people appearing in the video, where required.

- I understand that my video and/or reaction may be used across multiple social media platforms, websites, advertising and other media.

- I understand that Cherry Hoggs may edit the video and add commentary, reactions, captions, graphics, music or other material.

- I understand that I will be sent a copy of the reaction video to view if my submission is selected and a reaction is created.

- I understand that receiving a copy of the reaction does not give me ownership of the reaction or the right to control where Cherry Hoggs publishes it.
